the club double room was functional, it included coffee/tea making equipment, pay tv and ironing facilities. the view of the street was astonishing. the location was amazing and lovely, at a medium distance from halls of saint-gery. the hotel was in a such beautiful area, just next door to the train station, all major attractions, and the manneken pis.

Superior queen room we stayed at was stylish with good facilities.

In a fantastic location. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were spacious and well appointed.

It lacked character and the breakfast service was poor and lacking in choice. Don't know why they advertise a bar it was never open or even offered to be open.

The breakfast is great. The hotel is very clean and well located.

They don't have double bed and I don't think two twins beds together are the same of a double bed. But I knew that before booking and apart from that, I had a great time in this hotel.

Quiet location in walking distance of central station and to business appointment. Facilities were very good, the rooom well appointed and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location that puts a lot of sites within walking distance.

Front desk employee kept leaving and not coming back for periods of 20-30 minutes. This made it very difficult to get any questions answered, especially about getting connected to the internet. Once he returned, he told me I would have to go to the basement to receive internet service.

Let's talk about what really matters

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the privacy and comfort offered. The location is fantastic, placing you close to numerous historical attractions. The pool and sauna were good, and the clean rooms had great storage. Breakfast options could use improvement, but the warm and friendly staff made up for it. Highly recommend this stylish retreat!

Location & cleainliness

For the price paid it was worth and the location is just good, Brussels central station and town are about 5 min walk. So for the intention was just perfect.

Airconditioning in the room was very noisy and did not cool sufficiently. Hotel staff did not speak Dutch, but did speak English and French.

The hotel room was clean and surprisingly large for the amount that we had paid. The washrooms were clean and the airconditioning was amazing during the sweltering summer. I never got to try the hotel breakfast, but with the 3 or 4 bistros right around the corner and pastry shops, I was spoiled for choice. There is also a japanese restaurant nearby. This hotel is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Should I ever visit Brussels again this hotel will be my first choice.

The hotel was a little far from the Metro station (well like a 5 to 10 minute walk) and I got bored walking back everyday. However, you do walk by a couple of tourist spots along the way so it ain't half bad.
